Summary
In short: we collect only what you choose to send us (for example through a project brief or the contact form), which reaches us by email. We use it to reply and deliver our services, and never sell it. The Site does not keep it in a database. This policy covers wondernudge.in. Our other sites have their own notices, linked below.
This Privacy Policy explains how WonderNudge ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use wondernudge.in (the "Site"). It applies to the main Site only; see "Our other sites" for the rest.
Information we collect
Information you send us
When you use "Start a Project", "Start your ad" or the Contact form, we receive the details you enter: name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, a description of your idea or need, any link you share, and your selected options. Fields marked optional can be left blank.
If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, the Site opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp until you press send there, and the conversation is then governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
Our web server (hosted by Hostinger) records standard technical logs, such as IP address, date and time, requested pages, browser and device type, and referring page, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to scope and deliver the work.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To keep records and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
We do not sell your personal information and do not use your project details for advertising to third parties.
Where it is stored and who can access it
The Site itself does not store your enquiry in a database. Your message is delivered to us by email, so a copy stays in our email inbox, where access is limited to WonderNudge. We keep enquiry emails only for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Cookies and third-party services
At the time of writing, wondernudge.in does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We use:
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google, which means your IP address and browser details are sent to Google to deliver them. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Hostinger — our hosting provider processes server logs under its own policy.
- WhatsApp — only if you choose to message us there.
If we add analytics or advertising in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
Our other sites
- Tools (tools.wondernudge.in) — free tools supported by advertising. Its own Privacy Policy describes advertising cookies and how the tools handle your data.
- Learning (learn.wondernudge.in) — if you create an account or buy a course, we collect your account details, course progress and order information. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Cashfree); we do not store your card or UPI details.
- ACADVIO (acadvio.wondernudge.in) — a separate product with its own terms and notices for the institutions that use it.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. In India, these rights arise under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To exercise them, use our Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our services are aimed at adults and businesses. Our learning content is designed for curious young people and the parents and guardians who guide them; accounts for children should be created and managed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without a parent's or guardian's involvement. If you believe a child has given us data without permission, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to the data we hold. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send passwords or sensitive financial details through our forms.
